Nina Lucaj is a versatile manager and customer service advocate with 14+ years experience in customer service & support environments. Excels at providing an unprecedented commitment of learning what the customerís experiences are and ensuring management of expectations both internally and externally for Plymouth Technology.

Nina has built strategic relationships & partnerships by building her skills to listen attentively, solve problems creatively, and use tact and diplomacy to find common ground and achieve win-win outcomes. Her unique and wide-ranging skill set has enabled her to successfully contribute in a variety of roles, including customer retention strategies and quality support initiatives to provide best in class customer services for ongoing improvements.

Career Highlights
Nina began her career with Plymouth Technology in 2003 as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Manager by building strong working relationships and partnerships with both Customers and throughout the organizations.

Nina truly enjoys making connections and applies her expertise to identify ideal solutions and cost savings for customers. She created & implemented a customer retention strategy for Plymouth Technology resulting in key account stability.

Education
Nina holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Oakland University.
